As much as I get annoyed at young Bandit for his decisions, he did have his bright spots

I was searching for a wiring diagram for the TA so I could figure out how to wire up an alternator to ensure my volt meter and main body harness still get power after switching to a new LS standalone harness. Via googling, the highest quality diagram I could find is a pirated copy of one I posted 7 years ago lol.

Reminds me of when I was trying to show my friend a picture of a 70 ' Impala Kingswood Wagon as a reference for one I owned in highschool.

Funny enough, the first picture that pops up WAS my Wagon.

Nice!

For a while, if you googled 74 Buick Apollo, the review of mine I posted here, was the 4th or 5th result, and it was on the first images page as well. I just tried it again, my review is now on page 2 of results, and I scrolled through images for a minute before giving up.

What you put on the innerwebs eventually comes back around? How about using one of the aftermarket boxen and harness?

I plan to use an aftermarket engine harness for the LS swap, I’m just making sure what wires from the current alternator I need to hook up to ensure the main body harness will still get power.

Gotta love stumbling upon a present from your younger self! Just the other day, I was going through some boxes of spare parts and found that Young Me had labelled everything with either the range of vehicles that the part belonged to, or the exact year/make/model of whatever it was that I was working on at the time. I even found a set of lug nuts that Young Me had written the thread size/pitch on the box! There’s no way I would have remembered all of that. Thanks, Young Me (ya friggin noob)!
